Embody and explore seasonal themes related to the months and holidays on the Hebrew calendar in a beautiful nurturing dance space with open windows and views of trees, sky, moon and stars.
Deepen your personal embodied spiritual practice in community with our small committed Rosh Hodesh group. We dive deep into a specific theme each month, and with a carefully curated soundscape, conscious free form dance, art, song, and writing, we find inspiration and support for our day-to-day lives. All who identify as women are welcome.
This is a committed group that meets for 10 months. Exact location in Berkeley will be shared upon registration.

Sliding scale: $360 (subsidized) - $540 (standard fee) - $720 (help another) for the series.

COVID 19: We will adhere to the Yoga Studio’s policies regarding safety measures for COVID 19, with requirements of showing proof of full vaccination/updated boosters. Masks will be optional. These precautions do not address asymptomatic or newly exposed /developing cases of any sort of virus - but we hope these measures will help mitigate potential exposure to new illness. Come dance with us as we explore the Sefirot in our bodies and in our lives. There are no steps to learn, no experience needed.
Each week between Passover/Liberation and Shavuot/Revelation on the Hebrew Calendar, we dance to a theme-based soundscape as we dive into exploring one of the Seven Sefirot - divine qualities /attributes described in the Kabbalistic Tree of Life: Chesed (loving-kindness), Gevurah (strength, judgment, limits), Tiferet (beauty, harmony), Netzach (perseverance, endurance), Hod (humility, gratitude), Yesod (foundation, creativity, sexuality), and Malchut (divine manifestation here on earth.
